As an Assistant Professor at Tiffin University, he teaches a variety of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level to include Operations Management, Small Business Management, Chain Management, Introduction to Management and Research Design and Analysis. He also teaches courses in Middle Eastern History and Islamic Culture.
As a consultant he conducted training sessions in Operations and Materials Management for corporate clients. Sessions include JIT, MRP, MPS, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Inventory Management and Production Planning. He also worked for big companies on management positions as Midland Steel Products, Uniroyal Engineered Products, and Rockwell International. He is certified APICS and he is member of MESA (Middle Eastern Studies Association). Prof. Patrick McLeod got his MBA at Youngstown State University.
