Laura Silvestro Mays, Ph.D.

She has trained government officials and business leaders from Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union Republics and the Middle East on business development since 1993. In addition to her duties as a full time professor, Dr. Mays is Tiffin University’s Director of International Programs, including the University’s MBA that is offered in Bucharest, Romania. Dr. Mays is also the co-founder and Senior Partner of the International Resource Institute with offices in Cleveland, Ohio, Washington, DC and Freehold, New Jersey. She and her husband are partners in Mays Development, a business that specializes in writing business plans for and mentoring small and medium-size businesses.
