Tiffin University seeks for a mix of skills, experience, good background and great goals in all the Executive MBA student body. So, there are several criteria used in the selection process:
An applicant's academic preparation (bachelor degree) and credentials as an indicator of readiness to pursue graduate studies (minimum 2.50 GPA if greater than 5 years experience or 3.00 GPA if less than 5 years of experience – equivalent to 7.5 mark if greater than 5 years experience or 8.00 mark if less than 5 years of experience )
The applicant's life and work experience - as an indicator of the potential to be a proactive participant in the program both as a learner and as a contributor - a minimum of eight (8) curriculum areas from eleven (11) should be covered.
The applicant's personal statement of why he/she wishes to pursue this program and how it fits in with the applicant's life and career - as an indicator of the relevance and usefulness of the program to the applicant.
The linguistic competencies in English, if English is not the native language, as Tiffin Executive MBA Program is taught only in English by American professors.
